Jamaican reggae sensation, Christopher Martin is ready to give patrons a vigorous performance tonight at the Claudette 'Boopie' Smith's Festiville during the International Reggae Show.
Martin, who is in the BVI for the first time, praised the hospitality of the people.
He told BVI Platinum News that he intends to leave a positive dent since first impression is vital.

The young artiste who came on on the scene some six years ago, is known for his hits 'Take My Wings', 'Giving It', 'I'll Be Your Driver', 'Paper Loving', 'Cheaters' Prayer' and his recently released single, 'Chill Spot', which is quickly climbing to the top of the reggae chart.
Also performing tonight is reggae and dancehall legend, Barrington Levy who brought music lovers 'Broader Than/Here I Come', 'Work', 'Black Roses' and 'Murderer', among many other hits. Levy has been in the business for some 32 years.
Jamaican reggae and dancehall musician, Junior Reid, best known for the song 'One Blood'; soca queen, Destra; and local artiste, Shine-I will also be taking to the stage.
Tomorrow night patrons will be treated to a night of soca with performances from Shurwayne Winchester, Benjai, Skinny Fabulous, Tino and Showtime Band. Also taking the stage will be Kassav, a Francophone zouk band formed in Paris in 1979.
The theme for this year's Emancipation Festival is 'Bringing Back Our Cultural Past; Let's Celebrate BVI Festival With Class', while the slogan is 'Emancipation: A Golden Story To Tell; Enjoy VI Festival 2012'.
